New Questions around democracy

How can the arab network promote gender-sensitive democracy? Research the different aspects of the arab spring such as contribution of young people, women. How do young people learn about democracy? Freedom? Rule of law? Where do they learn political values? What has changed? Where do we stand?

Suggestions for the international Network and connection with the Foundation

Need to expose the Arab network to the larger international network for an assessment from a broader perspective.

The arab network must open up to other research focuses.

Communication with the foundation: there could be correspondence every month outlining the research areas and possible areas people could engage. Interested persons will then email and briefy explain how they relate to it.
