What is he currently doing?

Founder and coordinator of the national platform of NGOs in Argentina – bridging the gaps between NGOs and potential funders/governments, providing access to information, the democratization of information and a deeper understanding of citizens participation.

How do we build consensus? How do we manage minorities and how do we link minority voices to that of the majority?

Suggestions for the international Network and connection with the Foundation

There are some existing collaboration in Argentina with monthly informal dinner.

I would like to be more involved as I now have more social capital to offer and my organization RACI has the resources and so can support in mobilizing people in the region, as a way of giving back.

I would like to collaborate in research looking at a practical way in which public deliberation has transformed people.
