New Questions around democracy
Democratic subjectivities. Do constitutional structures allow for democracy ?
We have a legal infrastructure for democracy but not a political structure that creates a culture for democratic practices. How can such culture be acquired?
Suggestions for the international Network and connection with the Foundation
KF should take a position that does not seek to validate what it already knows but radicalize its position as a research organization trying to find answers. Such an incredible investment to bring people together should bring added value. Lets talk about our failures, what is not working and what interventions we can introduce. Let us turn the meetings into an innovation lab and investigate why our political cultures are destroying our democracies.
We should visit each others’ country in the network to shadow what others are doing, sit and discuss with whom we are shadowing to enable them to see what they do not see.
